We don't always crave sugary things, do we? Well, for the times when you're not craving something sweet, try one of these snack ideas for less than 200 calories:
-Heat one cup of low-sodium tomato soup, and enjoy it with five whole-grain crackers.
-Take a small baked potato, and top it off with some salsa and one ounce of grated low-fat cheese.
-Mix one-quarter cup of black beans with some salsa, and roll into a whole-wheat tortilla.
-Try air-popped popcorn (instead of microwaveable), and top it off with sea salt and/or 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
