My story, and you are welcome to publish it if you wish:

I was working away from home when it happened to me and I wasn't able to seek any medical advice but being a typical male thought it would just get better by its self well I was very wrong.

The night it happened I had a dream that my penis got so hard and erect that it burst, but when I woke it actually had, it was like it had snapped it the middle and I didn't understand what had happened to me,that was mid October 2009. In just four months I have got full strength back in my penis and the pain is completely gone and it has straightened remarkably. I will continue to take the Neprinol capsules as a normal part of my day, they have been a life saver to me and make me feel like a real man again. Believe me, I was terrified that my sexual life was over.
